Ive been creating themes for awhile now, but its gret to see someone from SCEE providing tips for other people to make their own themes.
Would be great if SCEE had a webpage were users can upload their themes. This is not an application. You do not need to open the compiler tool You only use it at the end to compile your finished theme. Nice Wael. Brilliant idea to open up the creation of themes…. The basic image provided would be much more helpful if it specified exact positions as it does with the safe area one. Just downloaded it myself and there is no virus in the file, so it must be your anti virus. However just to be on the safe side, can a mod delete this link. A good point though that we need a website to put our own themes on. I dont get how to do this what so ever! Hope it helps.

Turns out, you can do this without using a computer at all—all you need is an internet connection.
The process is fairly simple. Click on the icon to start your search, then type in PS3 Wallpapers and hit Start. A bunch of sites and links will show up, but the first one has a good selection, and I know that these images work. The site is called psxextreme. Once you open the link, you can browse through all of the images they have available. Once you have selected the image you want for your wallpaper, click on it to open it up.
